Through fun and accessible poses, engaging activities, and calming breathing exercises, youth learn tools to manage stress, build confidence, and improve focus. Just Breathe Yoga creates a safe, supportive space where every young person, regardless of ability or experience, can explore their potential and connect with their inner calm. Perfect for schools, community programs, or private sessions, this practice empowers youth to thrive both physically and emotionally.  This one hour class is designed for up to 20 youths.
